The focus in this class will be to learn how to temper chocolate and what you can do with it once tempered. You will go away with 30-40 chocolates in 3-4 different flavours and the knowledge of different skills and techniques that can be used in chocolate making. You will also be given a copy of all the recipes used. All classed are limited to 2 spaces to ensure you get our full attention. In this class we will cover the following: tempering chocolate like the pros for the perfect snap and quick drying creating your own chocolate truffle shells that we will fill with ganache and close. easy, quick and delicious chocolate bites Working with ready made truffle shells so you can see the difference in the two techniques. making flavoured ganaches for the chocolate truffle fillings setting up and using a bain marie and ice bath for tempering different decoration techniques for the chocolates made.
